I offer psychotherapy services to women of all ages, who know that life can be a whole lot better than it is now. These women are willing to make the changes necessary to improve their emotional and physical well-being in order to become who they’ve always dreamed of being. They just don’t know how yet.

Lorin Medley is a registered professional counsellor who has worked with trauma survivors for over fifteen years using gentle, but effective methods ranging from somatic psychotherapy to EMDR. Her approach to working with clients is largely influenced by European body psychotherapists Gerda Boyeson, Lisbeth and Ditte Marcher, and Merete Brantbjerg. She works with adults affected by abuse in both private practice and public agencies, and in workshops.
