Ensemble is a health and wellness practice owned and operated by Sue Troughton. Sue brings to her practice 30 years of experience in the health/fitness field as a teacher, coach, counsellor, workshop presenter, nurse assistant, hatha yoga instructor and nationally registered reflexologist, teacher and examiner. Most recently, Sue has completed registered professional counsellor studies to complement mind, body to sole therapy.

I'm Joe Bally, and 1995 I graduated from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder Colorado. I was certified as an Advanced Rolfer in 2002.

My previous education consists of a Bachelor of Education degree, a Photographic Technology diploma, certification as a Life Skills Coach, and Massage Therapy training.

My non-Rolfing interests include bicycling and meditative self inquiry.

I am Located at the Rosewall Wellness Centre in "Tin Town".
